"Do I have dreams? Do I have aspirations? No, but I have a tiolet bowl that's spring time fresh."

I'll send a cookie to whoever can guess where that quote comes from. My life is certainly filled with toilet bowls and baby food... but I'm starting to figure this thing out and am able to fit in some projects that I'm working on, and I have to say it makes me feel giddy.

Yay. I can't wait to share.

ps. For the curious, this is yet again a drawing inspired by life. And yes it was a frightening experience to behold.

Andy, THIS, among other things, is why I like you. What's your address?

Let me see, could that quote be from a movies that "Doesn't neeeeeed a dog?"!

Yes, it's that time of your life. But enjoy every darn minute of it. I still miss my little ones! When did they grow up?!

This lady reminds me of when my kids were really little and we took them to visit my husband's great aunt. The shades were all drawn, she had lipstick all over her face and her hands were shaking. And she wanted a hug! The kids were terrified!! (She really was a sweet old lady!)

Love your work and your blog! Congratulations on little Ursa-- they really do grow up too fast!

And it goes "something" like this. Alright you want your food, I'll get your food. It seems to be the reason of my souls existence on this planet lately. That's all I ever hear, feed the dog, feed the cat, wash the dishes, wash the clothes, iron the clothes. Do I have dreams. Do I have aspirations? No, but I have a toilet bowl that's springtime fresh and I'm as pleased as punch to be a short order cook to a dog....

It's been almost 25 years I think.... I loved Family Dog.

You are awesome Micheal. That's all I have to say about that. I so love this cartoon. Loved it when I was a kid and found out later that Tim Burton and Brad Bird worked on it. I think Tim was the producer and Brad was the director...
